Cornerstone Human Capital Solutions (CHCS) was founded by Trevor Francis in 2014 and activated in 2023 after an illustrious career spanning 31 years comprising of 13 years in Education, 6 Years in Local Government, 10 years in Human Resource Management and 2 years in spatial technology. Having had the opportunity of serving in leadership positions across four career streams, CHCS was founded on the premise that Dreams Don’t Work Until You Do using Bees as master architects who live in an organized world , take care of their young, navigate as sophisticated aircrafts and work together to regulate the temperature when their hives become too hot to work in.
